Returns Overview
- Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase.
- If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns are handled directly by our team.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain health and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.
The Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
- Approval: We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the garment.
- Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank to see if there is a pending processing time.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thalogroupe.com.
Exchanges and Gifts
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at info@thalogroupe.com.
- Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
