Refund and Returns Policy

At Live Intentional, we believe in choosing well and wearing often. We want you to be completely satisfied with the pieces you add to your life. If a garment doesn’t fit your journey, we are here to help you resolve it with simplicity and fairness.

Returns Overview

  • Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase.
  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns are handled directly by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain health and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.

The Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
  2. Approval: We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the garment.
  3. Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank to see if there is a pending processing time.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thalogroupe.com.

Exchanges and Gifts

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at info@thalogroupe.com.
  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
